Mind, Body & Spirit
We believe yoga is for everyone. Yoga is so much more than becoming fitter, stronger, and more flexible. Beyond the physical components, yoga is about feeling more and doing less. It is about surrender and learning to follow your heart. The principles of yoga are simple: The mind, body, and spirit are interconnected as one.

Yoga Classes
All of our yoga classes are heated using infrared heat. This type of heat warms the body versus the air, providing for a breathable and efficient therapeutic workout. Infrared heat improves flexibility & joint mobility, promotes healing, increases circulation, removes toxins, decreases soreness along with many more health benefits.
The Sanctuary Signature Hot Flow
This signature class offers a challenging, yet consistent sequence to help build strength and stamina. Dynamic and therapeutic, this series will help you develop strength, balance and focus while leaving you detoxified, refreshed and energized. All levels are welcome.
Slow Flow Reset
This class will guide your mind and body through a soothing and gentle practice that focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga postures while using the breath to create space. This practice will emphasize on quieting the mind, slowing the nervous system and allowing you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
Vinyasa Flow
Get your flow on in this dynamic, empowering, & vigorous class set to inspirational music. Rooted in sun salutations, this flow-based class links breath with movement, creating a dance-like moving meditation. Students build heat, strength, and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
Vinyasa Flow *Heated
The same great class as our Vinyasa Flow classes, but with a bit more heat. Classes will be heated to 80-85 degrees.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga helps to restore the healthy flow of Qi (energy) in our bodies. Yin poses are held from 3-10 minutes. By stretching and deepening into the poses, you will open up any blockages and release your energy to flow freely. Yin Yoga enables us to access the deeper tissues and reduce stress and anxiety.
Yoga Roots
Build your practice from the roots up. This foundational class will often begin with sun salutations, moving into a slower-paced flow sequence and then spend time exploring poses on a deeper level. Teachers will offer modifications for all levels of practice. This class is great for beginners and students interested in refining their practice.
Barre Classes
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates.
It focuses on low -impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.
In addition to building strength, this full body workout also develops agility and flexibility. Our classes incorporate tools like exercise balls, resistance bands and weights, along with the barre itself and your body weight to turn out rep after rep of muscle burning moves!
Peace, Love & Little Yogis
Kids Yoga Ages 2-8
*Children under 4 to be accompanied by an adult.
Kids Yoga is a fun and effective way to teach kids to be active, express emotions, relieve stress and to think in a positive way. Our class combines the calm of yoga with the energizing creativity of music and movement. Little ones are welcomed to enjoy the journey on their mats through fun and interactive activities that will encourage them to find their own breath and teach them the amazing poses of little yogis.
While parents are welcome to observe or join, we encourage them to take the adult yoga class in our other studio space at the same time.

Why Yoga
I was drawn to yoga personally for its emphasis on breath and movement. Yoga incorporates and connects the mind, emotions, physical body and spiritual self. It has been a tool in my box as a mental health clinician and now it is a passion that I share to a wider audience. It brings about transformation and healing.
