Amy Steinberg
Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master Teacher
Amy’s relationship with yoga has evolved over many years and through a variety of traditions. What began as a physical practice gradually became a way to quiet the mind, reconnect with herself, and cultivate a greater sense of peace both on and off the mat. She continues to approach yoga as both a teacher and lifelong student.
In 2016, Amy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Bea Raydo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is now an E-RYT 200 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, with additional certification in Yin Yoga and hands-on assisting. She has taught in studios, private settings, residential communities, retreats, and wellness spaces throughout Florida, Reno, and Lake Tahoe.
Amy’s path eventually expanded beyond the physical practice of yoga into meditation, mindfulness, and Reiki. Today, as a Reiki Master Teacher, she offers both individual Reiki sessions and Reiki education. Her approach is intuitive, grounded, and welcoming, creating space for clients to slow down, receive, and reconnect with themselves without feeling that anything needs to be forced.
Off the mat, Amy is happiest in the mountains or by the ocean, usually surrounded by her daughter, her dog, family, and friends. She loves being outside, exploring new places, traveling, and soaking up the simple moments with the people she loves most.
Whether she is teaching yoga, guiding meditation, offering Reiki, or leading a retreat, Amy’s intention remains the same: to help create more peace, awareness, and connection within ourselves and in the way we move through the world.
