In 1998 I attended the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Citrus Heights, California. I went on to complete a 2 year internship for post-secondary certification as a massage instructor. Upon graduation in 1998, I built my massage business in Folsom, California where I retained a loyal clientele for 15 years.
I’ve since held the position of Lead Therapist at the Ritz-Carlton Highlands Spa in Truckee and at the Dolce Vita Wellness Spa in Reno, where my background as an instructor was put to good use.
My clients have always appreciated my strong sense of intuitive guidance in assessing their bodywork needs. This creates unique sessions of healing and relaxation which we can build upon in restoring balance and ease of function, while reducing stress and pain.

When I’m not working I enjoy my time with my family. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and camping. Having lived in Incline Village from 2013-2017, the Tahoe area holds many great memories for me and I love it here.
