Why Yoga
I was drawn to yoga personally for its emphasis on breath and movement. Yoga incorporates and connects the mind, emotions, physical body and spiritual self. It has been a tool in my box as a mental health clinician and now it is a passion that I share to a wider audience. It brings about transformation and healing.
