Lauren first experienced Acupuncture at the age of 8 and told her father “I’m going to be an Acupuncturist”. In 2008 Lauren graduated with a Masters Degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Lauren is licensed by the California Acupuncture Board, Nationally as a Diplomate of Acupuncture and most recently as a Certified Sports Medicine Acupuncturist.
Laurens focus includes Sports Medicine Acupuncture, Cosmetic acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She offers many healing modalities in her treatments including cupping, myofascial massage, postural assessment, corrective exercises, moxibustion and Chinese herbs. Her integration of knowledge and experience allows for complete mind body wellness.
Lauren’s passion for Acupuncture and Sports Medicine continues to grow as she facilitates her patients and athletes on their path to balance and recovery.
