Why Yoga

Yoga has changed my life. I started practicing when I was in New York City and was seeking something that would make me feel supported within myself, something to equate with the feeling of being out in nature, and something that would ease my anxiety. I found sanctuary in a tiny studio in my then Brooklyn neighborhood which became my escape from city life and the place where I found what I was searching for.

Yoga literally does bridge mind, body, and soul. It holds many keys to living in a way that is intentional, magnetic, and joyful. And the best part, it is a lifelong practice! You never stop learning and there is always something just around the corner to discover.

Nicola Cruz, Fakear, ODESZA, BLOOM, DJ Drez…and so much more. It’s constantly changing. Creating playlists for my classes is one of my favorite offerings as music is so healing and provides presence.
