WHY YOGA?
Yoga has helped me find a deep and authentic connection to Self and has opened the door to many more modalities of self study like meditation, dance, and Thai Massage. The mind-body connection has captured my fascination for its unique ability to awaken our hearts and release us from our suffering. In this way, Yoga has changed my life drastically and helped me to expand my confidence, compassion, and trust.
WHAT’S ON YOUR YOGA PLAYLIST?
I love mixing it up with new music I find but you can always count on me being loyal to East Forest, Beautiful Chorus and Trevor Hall.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT TAHOE?
Besides the stunning beauty & history of this place, living through all four seasons and letting nature guide me through its rhythms is my favorite thing about this special place.
