Crystal Winn

Crystal’s passion for providing massage started in 2016 during a two week Thai Massage course in Northern Thailand.  Her passion, love, and gratitude for “working” with others continues to grow everyday.

Crystal provides a variety of massage therapy techniques tailoring each massage to personalize your needs and session goals. Trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Soft Tissue Release, Himalayan Hot Salt Stone, Relaxation, and Myofascial. Crystal provides a safe space for letting go, relaxing, and releasing what may be stuck. Her favorite benefit of massage therapy is eliciting a parasympathetic nervous system response to restore balance, allowing you to feel relaxed and calm, which in turn helps to reduce stress and high anxiety levels.  Crystal’s wish is to facilitate healing by bringing knowledge, presence, and compassion to your session.
