3 Words that Describe Your Teaching Style
Creative, Playful, Empowering
I love that there is no destination in yoga… it is a life long journey that offers us daily discovery, inspiration, and transformation; practice makes practice, perfection does not exist, only a humble offering each time we roll out our mats, a grateful acceptance of all our beautiful imperfections, a softening of the ego, a simplifying and purifying of the mind, the commitment & practice to truly live an authentic life. (Bonus… the workout is legit & Savasana is bliss!)

My grandmother – for her strength, perseverance, and compassion. After choosing to amputate her leg due to cancer and loosing her husband of 65 years of marriage, she continued to live each day with a sense of adventure; full of light, love and deep respect for the beautiful, precious gifts, that each breath brings.
